Each website design package has its own support email address provided to you upon purchasing. This is provided on your order notification email receipt. You will need to contact that specific email address within the given time frame (list above) to request a refund on your purchase.

If you can’t find the proper email address please use the Contact Us form on this website to submit your request for a refund. All requests must be made via email so they can be properly dated and documented.

Before you request a refund for website design package, please read the following guidelines:

  1. After we design the first website draft, you can inform us if you are satisfied with the design work. If you are not, simply contact us about the things you dislike on the first website draft. We will do our best to fix the problems you identified on the first website draft by designing a second or even a third website draft/revision for your review.
  2. If you are still unsatisfied with the second or third website draft/revision, simply contact us and ask for a full refund of your money. We will gladly process your full refund.
